Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRenew At Alton Is A Very Pe... — Renew at Alton is a very peaceful aesthetically pleasing community. Maintenance fixes things in a reasonable time frame. Staff reaches out to us via your preferred method, but some requests are not allotted a reasonable time frame. Our pool was not open this past Summer due to ongoing repairs, although we were given the option to utilize another community's pool, it's slightly inconvenient since it's not within our community. Hopefully it's fixed for next year.

It’s a pleasure to sit out on the walk next to my door and just look out and see such a comfortable quiet view. No noise, no trash, as much as I love kids we really don’t have a lot of kids in this complex so that makes it nice and quiet And all the residents here are friendly caring and very helpful
